Uganda, Here We Come!

Hello Empower & Shine family,

Our Uganda trip is almost here — we arrive February 26th and will be on the ground for nearly a week, with a full, joy-filled schedule ahead.

One of the biggest highlights: we’ll be distributing 2,000 of our brand-new Children’s Journals to students at 12 different schools, including Shalom Junior TRUST School.

And yes… we’re finally going to see the progress on a dream in the making — the Field of Dreams at Shalom. We are so excited to witness what’s coming to life and to report back to everyone who has poured love, time, and resources into making it happen.

A few moments we’re especially looking forward to:

• Sideline Angel — our anonymous donor whose $20,000 gift is helping fund sports equipment and bleachers for the Field of Dreams. We can’t wait to see that impact taking shape.

• Nikki & Bill — two incredibly generous supporters who donated funds so 150 students at Shalom can receive shoes and socks. We’re counting down the days until we see all those feet in action.

We are beyond excited to return to the Pearl of Africa — a place we love deeply and that truly has our heart.
