Welcome to
Empower and Shine

Empower & Shine is built on bold dreams, deep compassion, and the conviction to create change that lasts.
We listen to our intuition, speak boldly about the future we envision, and bring that vision to life alongside
local leaders and community partners - creating opportunities that help individuals and communities thrive.
We’re deeply passionate about our Keep Her in School PAD Project in Uganda.

With funding from Empower & Shine and our donors, and matching grant support from Rotary International, we’re partnering with the Rotary
Club of Maya in Uganda to get reusable pads into the hands of more than 30,000 girls during 2026 and 2027.
We’re also proud to work with Rotary Club of Maya to complete Field of Dreams.

Our relationship with Rotary continues to grow, and we’re dreaming big about the projects ahead. We’re proud
of what we’ve accomplished, excited about what’s next, and can’t wait to share it with you. Whether you join
us, spread the word, or bring more love and generosity into your own community, we’re glad you’re here.
